(1) Look at the whiteness and cleanliness of the cloth. Enter the hotel room first to see whether the sheets, covers are clean, bright white, there are no stains, especially whether the pillow bag and quilt are yellow, if yellow or the whole yellow indicates that the cloth has not been washed, or the water quality is not qualified, rinsing is not thorough
(2) Flatness of sheets and covers. The quilt cover is double-layer, in the flattening process, the staff is not smooth, the flattening machine adjustment is not balanced, will cause the quilt fold, poor experience, affect the beauty.
(3) Feel, whether it is soft to touch with the hand. Hotel linen is basically pure cotton material, warm, comfortable, good air permeability. If the cloth feels hard and astringent, it indicates that the PH value of the cloth exceeds the standard, the alkalinity is large, the neutralization is not thorough.
(4) Towel, bath towel shaggy and whiteness. Cotton towel, bath towel surface fluff more, cleaning, drying thousand, full suede, wipe hands, wipe face comfort. If it is not fluffy, hard, and yellow, it indicates that the alkalinity is large, the PH value exceeds the standard, the rinsed and the drying time is not thorough, or the towel is hard for too long.
Hotel linen common stain removal methods

When washing, the method of high temperature + color bleaching is generally used to remove, which can be disinfected and can also remove pigment stains.

(4) mopping marks. It is also a common stain in the hotel, most of which are produced in the process of linen replacement, collection and transportation, and it is difficult to remove. It needs to be diluted with soap liquid and emulsifier, and deployed with warm water to soak and remove the contaminated linen.

Cotton yarn quality
Cotton yarn generally has two kinds of combed yarn and general combed yarn. Combed yarn dry uniform, few cotton knot, smooth surface, fine feel, comfortable touch; General comb yarn obviously uneven thickness, a lot of knots, strength is low.
There is also a semi-combed yarn on the market, its quality is between combed yarn and general combed yarn, low cost, shorter life than combed yarn, need to pay attention to distinguish.
The mercerization process is a chemical treatment of the depth of the fabric, and the fabric will undergo the following changes after mercerization
Fabric gloss; Yarn arrangement becomes tight and elastic; Feel comfortable, full cloth; Fabric strength increase; The shrinkage rate is reduced, the dimensional stability is improved, and the flatness of the fabric is improved.
