EVA sole:
a new type of environmentally friendly plastic foam material made by copolymerization of ethylene (E) and vinyl acetate (VA), mainly divided into flax and raw flax, etc. EVA bottom has the advantage of being relatively strong, light and easy to clean, and relatively cheap. EVA soles can be divided into different thicknesses. The soles of general economy hotels are relatively thin, about 3mm to 5mm. The sole thickness of hotels that value guest experience is more than 6mm, many are 8mm or 9mm; Some hotels will add a sponge on the sole of the foot, to increase the softness of the sole of the foot, improve the anti-skid performance.
Disadvantages: easy water absorption, not easy to corrosion, adverse environmental protection, easy to dirty.





TPR sole: TPR is thermoplastic rubber material, the process is divided into soft bottom, hard bottom, side seam bottom, rubber bottom, tendon bottom, blow molding bottom, adhesive bottom and so on. TPR materials have the advantage of being soft and waterproof.

Disadvantages: heavy material, poor wear (not wear), poor softness, poor bending (not folding), poor shock absorption capacity.



PVC sole: a hard and brittle material, low impact strength. Advantages are high strength and low price.
Disadvantages: heavy material, poor wear (not wear), poor skid resistance, easy to break, poor air permeability, poor shock absorption capacity.


XPE sole: a kind of chemical crosslinked polyethylene foam material, compared with other materials, environmental protection is good, non-toxic, no odor, good elasticity, commonly used as baby crawling pad, car floor mat, etc..


Cloth sole:
the sole of hotel slippers has cloth sole, such as canvas, mop flendown, suede, etc. This sole applies to wood floor, wear up soft and comfortable, also is easier to clean.

Disadvantages: Big disadvantages are not waterproof, poor skid resistance.


plastic cloth sole: point plastic cloth is not very popular in China, because many people feel inconvenient, not waterproof. But this kind of sole is very good skid resistance, soft and light, quiet effect is good, often used in many hotels and hospitals.
Disadvantages: not environmentally friendly, not waterproof.
