Yes, we support customized order and have Rich customization experience since we have so much customized order.

We accept payment by T / T, with 30% of standard products as deposit and 50% of ordered products as deposit.

Usually it is 15-30 days, customize or mass quantity longer.

1. Confirm the model and quantities you want to buy.
2. We make PI for you.
3. You check PI and finally confirm it, when payment received we produce ASAP.
4. Send the related docutments on/after cargo delivery.

1. Please provide the product name, composition, density and size to us. You can also send your sample for refer.
2. Delivery time around one week.

I have a complete range of products, quality assurance. We accept OEM or ODM design for you.

Our company is responsible for compensation if any goods are found damaged.

1. Our company prefers the freight company you are familiar with;
2. If you do not have a designated freight company, our company will choose a well-known freight company in China for you and buy insurance for the goods.
3. During the transportation of the goods, our company has a specially assigned person to track the information of the goods and share it with you.

1. Our production workshop has 135 weaving machines, 120 sewing machines, 6 cloth inspection machines, 3 embroidery machines, more than 300 skilled front-line workers and 30 highly educated technical talents;
2. Our company has a group of excellent management and technical talents and a complete set of perfect and mature management system;
3. Our company will arrange the production plan according to your order quantity and delivery date, and assign special personnel to follow up the production process and report in time;
4. If the delivery period will be extended due to special reasons, our company will inform you in advance and make a response plan for your reference.

Our company has a strict ordering process:
1. Before mass production: Check sample materials → Production samples → The customer/company's merchandiser checks whether the sample is consistent with the order → Sample modification/confirmation → Feed back to the workshop
2. During mass production: The specially assigned person is responsible for checking whether the raw materials and each production process are the same according to the samples, and continuously sharing the video of mass production.
3. After mass production, we will share the product photos (including detailed photos), product packaging photos, packing photos, etc. to you.
