2. SOLE

Now most of the hotel soles are still based on EVA, other raw materials and TPR bottom, PVC bottom, XPE bottom

cloth bottom, point plastic cloth bottom, etc., the thickness of the sole is usually 4-7 mm, the thicker the sole the more 

expensive.

EVA SOLE:

The invention relates to a new environment-friendly plastic foaming material prepared by the copolymerization of 

ethylene (E) and ethylene acetate (VA), mainly divided into flax and raw linen, etc. The advantage of EVA bottom is

 that it is relatively robust, easy to wear and clean, and the price is relatively cheap. EVA bottom can be divided into 

different thicknesses, general economic hotel soles will be used relatively thin, in 3mm to 5mm; The thickness of the 

soles of the hotels that pay attention to the guests' experience is more than 6mm, and many are 8mm or 9mm; Some 

hotels will add sponges to the bottom of the foot to increase the softness of the foot and improve the anti-slip function.

DEFECTS:

Easy to absorb water, not easy to corrosion, unfavorable environmental protection, easy to dirty.

TPR BOTTOM:

TPR is a thermoplastic rubber material, the process is divided into soft sole, hard sole, side seam bottom, rubber sole 

cow tendon sole, blow molded sole, adhesive sole, etc. The advantages of TPR materials are softness and water resistance.

DEFECTS: 

heavy raw material, poor wear (not wear-resistant), poor softness, poor bending (not folding), poor shock absorption

PVC BOTTOM: 

a strong and brittle material with low impact strength. The advantages are high strength and low price.

DEFECTS:

Raw material weight, poor wear (not wear-resistant), poor anti-slip function, easy to break, poor air permeability

XPE SOLE:

A chemical crosslinked polyethylene foam material, compared with other materials, good environmental protection

CLOTH BACKING:

DOT PLASTIC CLOTH SOLE:

hospitals.

DEFECTS:

Not environmentally friendly, not waterproof.
