 cost of towels is based on weight, and the heavier the cost, the better the quality. The lighter the weight of a single towel, the better the 

style, and the better the cotton yarn used. On the contrary, the towel weight 1 is not low, the towel style is not good, such as short hair, 

short hair, thin, it proves that the quality of cotton yarn is poor.

ADVANTAGES OF PURE COTTON TOWEL:

1. HYGROSCOPICITY:

Cotton fiber has good hygroscopic properties, under normal circumstances, the fiber can absorb water to the surrounding atmosphere, its 

moisture content is 8-10%, so it contacts the human skin, making people feel soft and not stiff.

2, MOISTURE:

3, HEAT RESISTANCE:

4. ALKALINE RESISTANCE:

The resistance of cotton fiber to alkali is strong, and in alkali solution, the fiber does not destroy, which is conducive to the washing of towels.

5. HYGIENE:

The main component of cotton fiber is cellulose, fabric and skin contact without any irritation, no negative effect, good health performance.

SECOND THE WEAVING PROCESS OF TOWELS

Different weaving processes, the appearance of the towel is not the same, but also reflects the quality and grade of the towel, especially 

some process towels need special treatment, such as spiral wool, its yarn market is not ready to use raw materials, need to go through fixed 

spinning. The following is the common weaving process of hotel towels:

1. Cut pile towel:

The loop of the ordinary towel is cut so that the surface of the fabric is covered with flat fluff. The towel can be cut on both sides, or it can be 

cut on one side, and the other side is still a loop. Cut velvet towel is characterized by softness and comfortable use. Such as cutting after

 printing, more can increase the decorative beauty of the towel, and improve the product grade.

2, no twist yarn:

A spinning method that uses adhesive instead of twisting to make a synthetic yarn. In the process of yarn formation, false twist is applied to 

the thread, and the yarn is withdrawn and dissolved into a non-twisted yarn. Towels made of untwisted yarn feel nice, soft and absorbent.

3, high wool circle:

High wool products, that is, in the process of processing, the individual wool of the product is lengthened to one to more than one times that 

of the ordinary wool circle, in order to increase the thickness of the finished product, because the extended wool circle is lying on the surface, 

its flexibility is also increased appropriately, and good water absorption is the characteristic of high wool circle products.

4. Satin towel:

Highly decorative towel fabric.  The flaring part can be formed by the warp float line or by the weft float line.

5, jacquard fabric:

Also known as textured fabric or large pattern fabric. A variety of large pattern fabrics woven on a jacquard machine with yarns of different 

organization, different colors or raw materials. The structure of this fabric is complex, the pattern is detailed and varied, and the pattern cycle 

can be large. There is a wide range of fiber raw materials, yarn characteristic number, fabric structure and warp and weft density. Its design 

and machine work are more complex, and there are many varieties of fabrics, especially silk fabrics.

6, spiral coil:

After weaving, because of the existence of twist, the coil itself will rotate, and in addition to the swish of the back channel, the coil will rotate in 

the same direction, lodging, enhancing the uniformity of the coil. Spiral towels are characterized by softness, moisture absorption and fluff.
