1, THE RAW MATERIAL OF TOWELS -YARN

COUNT

The number of towels in 16, 21, 32, the lower the number of towels, the thicker the number of towels, the higher the number of towels, the more 

skin friendly. More than 30 towels are high count yarn. In addition to the count, also look at the yarn.

YARM

Yarn twist yarn and untwisted yarn, weak twist yarn, the towel of untwisted yarn is relatively light. In terms of strength and durability, 

twist yarn > weak twist yarn > no twist yarn; In terms of verticality and air permeability, twisted yarn < weakly twisted yarn < untwisted yarn. 

Yarn quality, the general cotton will use the United States long staple cotton, Egypt long staple cotton, Xinjiang long staple cotton yarn.

2. WATER ABSORPTION

Water absorption can be said to be one of the decisive criteria for testing whether a towel will be a good towel.

The length of ordinary cotton is 28-31mm, the length of long staple cotton is 35-42mm, and the length of this model is more than 37mm. The process 

increases by adding 2-3 loose twist spirals to each hair circle, increasing the skin contact area, which can be dried with one touch. No more scrubbing 

like a regular towel.

 3, SIZE GRAM WEIGHT

and the gram weight is not less than 800g.

Large-sized bath towels can cover the body to a greater extent and absorb moisture as quickly as possible.

divided into internal quality and appearance quality.

1. Intrinsic quality includes weight deviation, breaking strength, water absorption, hair removal rate, fiber content deviation and color fastness;

2. Appearance quality includes specification, size deviation, defects, sewing quality and ironing quality.
